I started a wellness business (Radiant Body Restful Mind) over 18 years ago as a Massage Therapist at the age of 20 and then I expanded to become a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Colon Therapist. I loved what I did and I loved working with other people to help them reach their highest potential in health and wellness. This form of work however started to take a physical toll on my body after so many years and I was so busy and tired after work I wasn?t able to spend the time with my kids and family that I wanted. Around this time when I started to feel this way, I also made the decision to start homeschooling my first daughter. It was quite the juggle with my long hours with my business and then putting together all her curriculum and really being in the moment when I was teaching her. I wanted a life where I wasn?t tired and stressed and I could spend the time with my kids and husband that I wanted to and really be present with them. I was very clear on what I wanted and then things just started coming together. I wanted a business that would bring in all the money we needed with as little time as possible working. I wanted to be able to travel and learn on the road in real life experiences and do the things we wanted to do, when we wanted to do them. I just needed the avenue to get there and it was right in front of me.
